As a versatile general-purpose material, TIVAR 1000 (natural) is a practical and economical answer for food-handling challenges. Quadrant additionally supplies custom colors made with FDA/USDA approved pigments, and these also meet FDA and USDA guidelines for food processing and handling. Because of its low-friction, self-lubricating behavior, TIVAR 1000 can help reduce drag and improve flow in a wide range of conveyor and wear-component applications. TIVAR 1000 is supplied in natural and custom colors, and it is available in oversize sheets as well as three standard sheet sizes:

• 48″ x 96″ sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/16″ to 6″
• 48″ x 120″ sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/16″ to 6″
• 60″ x 120″ with gauge sizes ranging from 3/8″ to 1″. It is also available as extruded rod, board, tube, profiles and compression molded parts. All can be manufactured and colored to your exact specifications.

In addition to sheet stock, the material can be fabricated into rods, tubes, boards, profiles, and compression molded parts, making it easier to tailor components to specific equipment requirements.
