Product Details

This grade was created to satisfy the requirements of flammability testing used for plastic materials. Those tests evaluate whether a specimen is more likely to self-extinguish or continue spreading flame after ignition. In UL 94, this material meets the V-0 classification from 1 mm thickness.

It also complies with the requirements of EN 45545-2, the fire-protection standard used for railway applications. That makes Nylatron® 66 SA FR a practical option for projects where railway safety regulations and material performance need to work together.
